We can make any of our packages bespoke to what you want and need.

We arrange a time and date, and you can decide whether you want a phone or online meeting. It’s good to meet and chat about your requirements and for you to decide if we are a good fit. We learn about your vision and can answer any question you have. This helps us with putting together a costing. There is no obligation to proceed.

Our usual payment process is 50% upfront and then staged payments throughout the project. However, we can offer a 12-month payment plan if needed, just let us know.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this as part of our services, we would rather you as the business owner purchase and maintain your domain name with our support. We can help you purchase a suitable domain name in your own account.

We are happy to say that this has rarely happened, if ever at all. We are very keen to get it right and will work with you to ensure you are very happy with your logo

We like you to provide us with as much of a final copy of your text as possible. This helps us with the layout and the user experience of your website. We do expect text changes and allow for two rounds plus final ‘tweaks’ once the site goes live. You will be able to edit your own website text easily following our training session after the website has been published.

We don’t like to rush a logo design as to get the best ideas we need to work with your logo over a week or longer. Once the logo is finalised, we will start on the website and marketing. We are aware of deadlines and if you have an urgent deadline, we will try to meet it and so far we have not been known to miss one.

We work with stock libraries to get the best images for you. They are professional high-quality images. We source what we think are the best images and work with you to ensure they reflect your business in the best possible way. We can also use the images you provide and can touch them up so they are full of vitality. Additional costs might apply for custom photo and graphic editing. Also we have some connections with some amazing photographers.

Yes. At the beginning of the project, we can provide a guide to help you structure your web copy. As we flow your content into the pages, we work on headlines for you and shape your text so it reads well on the page. It’s really important to engage your potential customers.  We can also help you with copywriting.  Please let us know if you need assitance and we can put together a quote for you.
